The majority of Community Pharmacies are able to provide the Moderna COVID-19 booster to those who are eligible.
Those currently able to access a Moderna booster vaccination via community pharmacy are:
*Please note you will have received a letter, i.e., from trust or GP, and you will be required to evidence this to the pharmacy.
You must have completed your primary COVID-19 vaccination course (for most people this is 2 doses) before getting the booster vaccination.

For those individuals assessed by a GP or Trust clinician as requiring an AstraZeneca Booster for clinical reasons, you will have received a letter from your GP or Trust Clinician and you must present this to the pharmacist. Those pharmacies offering AstraZeneca primary vaccinations are facilitating AstraZeneca booster vaccinations.
