The next free online Stress Control course will begin again on Monday 5th April and run the next six weeks.
Don’t miss your chance to learn how to become your own therapist.
Stress control is a class, not ‘group therapy’.
The other advantage is that people can take part in the class from the privacy of their own home, meaning that there’s no need to meet as a group, which is safe from a COVID-19 perspective.
The digital approach is one of the ways that services are adapting to deliver support in innovative ways during the pandemic.
All dates and times are below and available on ni.stresscontrol.org
Each class will remain online to view on demand for two days after streaming.
The Stress Control course organisers now have their own Facebook page where you can interact with other course participants and access useful information.
